- The package you selected and the boosters you chose (see our positioning boosters here and highlight your listings according to your needs).
No! At TOH, you have complete freedom to terminate your subscription whenever you want.
If you no longer wish to use our services, simply interrupt the automatic renewal in your personal area by the 20th of each month.
By default, our service packs are monthly. However, we have some exclusive advantages for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual packs! Learn more here!
No, the renewal of any of our service packs is automatic. If you want to end your partnership with TOH, you should cancel the automatic renewal in your personal area by the 20th of each month.
If you exceed the deadline, you can enjoy our services for another month and schedule the interruption for the following month.
Yes! If you give the cancellation order before the current contract expires, you will continue to enjoy the service until the deadline.
Yes! Just go to your account and ask for an upgrade to the pack you want. You will be charged proportionally for the days you used the initial pack and start a new monthly plan with the new pack you selected.
Boosters are highlights that you can apply to your listings. We have visual boosters, which take on a new format and stand out from the rest, and positioning boosters, which determine where your listing will be displayed in the results list.
Yes! You can purchase any booster, regardless of your current service package! Just check if the pack you chose includes free boosters. If so, take advantage of them! If not, or if the ones we offer are not sufficient, you can acquire as many as you want in your account.
For boosters, automatic renewal is not provided. If you want to renew them for a period longer than the default 2 weeks, you should order it in your account.
There is no maximum limit to the number of booster renewals you can make. You can manage this as you see fit.
No! Each booster can only be used once and cannot be transferred from one property to another.
When inserting your listing, you can choose to show only an approximate location. However, keep in mind that:
- Lack of precise information can generate frustration and distrust in your potential clients;
- Our listings are positioned, by default, according to quality and relevance indices, meaning that by hiding this type of information, you are decreasing these indices, which will impact your performance.
You can make payment by debit/credit card, Multibanco, MBway, and Paypal. We can also arrange payment by direct debit.
The results we present to you are arranged according to:
- Your preferences;
- Our criteria for quality and relevance;
- The type of listing package chosen by the advertiser;
- You can also manually change the order in which the results are presented to you by manipulating both the filters and the sorting option for the listings (e.g., sorting by “recently added,” “from cheapest to most expensive,” etc.).
Searching on TOH is quite simple.
Start by selecting, in the search box on the homepage, the transaction category you are interested in:
- Residential, if you are looking for houses or apartments;
- Rooms, if your search is focused on temporary room rentals;
- Non-residential, if you are looking for a new space for your business (including warehouses, shops, offices, cafes, restaurants, hotels, among other commercial spaces);
- Land
After that, define the location. You can search by municipalities or choose to be more specific by indicating a street and a radius that determines the maximum limit for your search.
Continue by indicating the type of transaction (sale or rental) and the type of property (house, apartment, farmhouse, etc.).
Finish by indicating the typology and the price range you have in mind. And there you go!
Yes! On the results page, there is a column on the left called “filters,” where you can modify your initial search and even set additional criteria, refining your search and obtaining results that increasingly meet your needs.
